Our Services
Konvex Growth provides digital marketing and web design services including web development, mobile app development, e-commerce solutions, SEO, social media marketing, AI automation, performance advertising, and brand identity design. Specific project scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees will be outlined in a separate proposal or agreement for each client engagement.
Engagement and Payment
Service engagements begin upon mutual agreement of scope and pricing, typically documented in a proposal, invoice, or contract. Payment terms will be specified at the time of engagement. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of services.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment for services rendered, ownership of final deliverables created specifically for the client transfers to the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Konvex Growth retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing. Any pre-existing tools, frameworks, or proprietary processes used to deliver services remain the property of Konvex Growth.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, accurate information, and necessary access or materials required for us to perform our services effectively.
Limitation of Liability
Konvex Growth strives to deliver high-quality services but does not guarantee specific business outcomes, rankings, or revenue results, as these depend on many external factors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Konvex Growth's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
Termination
Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement with written notice, subject to terms specified in the individual service agreement. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
